Novum Foundation Expands Global Impact Through Fall 2026 Grants
HOUSTON – The Novum Foundation has approved grants to five nonprofit organizations across Argentina, Tanzania, and the United Kingdom, continuing its investment in programs that advance education, healthcare, environmental conservation, and community development.
The Fall 2026 grant cycle builds on established partnerships, supporting organizations delivering measurable results in the communities where Novum Energy operates. From creating employment opportunities in Argentina to improving early detection of congenital heart disease in the United Kingdom, these investments reflect the Foundation's commitment to sustainable, long-term impact.
United Kingdom Grantees
Tiny Tickers | Project: National Sonographer Training Fund | Location: United Kingdom
The Novum Foundation has renewed its support of Tiny Tickers to improve early detection of congenital heart disease in newborns. Funding supports specialized training for National Health Service (NHS) sonographers to identify potential heart defects during routine 20-week pregnancy scans. Previous Novum funding enabled 150 sonographers to complete training, with 92.7% reporting that they would change their scanning practices as a result. The latest grant will continue supporting this training, helping healthcare professionals identify potentially life-threatening conditions earlier and improve outcomes for babies and families.

African People & Wildlife | Project: Human-Elephant Coexistence | Location: Northern Tanzania
The Novum Foundation is continuing its partnership with African People & Wildlife to reduce human-wildlife conflict in Tanzania's Natron-Shompole corridor. Funding supports local Human-Elephant Coexistence Officers who respond to conflicts, protect community livelihoods, and promote sustainable conservation practices. During the previous year, Novum-supported officers responded to 156 conflict reports and constructed 10 "Living Walls," innovative fences using living trees to protect livestock from predators. This year's investment will help strengthen coexistence between Maasai communities and wildlife.
Girls Education International | Project: Postsecondary Opportunities for Young Women | Location: Kigoma, Tanzania
Novum's latest grant to Girls Education International will continue expanding access to higher education and vocational training for young women ages 17 to 24 in rural Tanzania. Through scholarships and mentorship, the Postsecondary Opportunities for Young Women program helps participants overcome financial barriers and pursue career opportunities. Building on nine scholarships launched with Novum's support in 2025, the continued partnership aims to improve educational access and long-term economic independence for young women in the Kigoma region.

Fundación Multipolar | Project: Circular Wood Recovery Unit | Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
The Novum Foundation has awarded continued funding to Fundación Multipolar to create employment opportunities for adults experiencing homelessness in Buenos Aires. This year's grant will establish a Circular Wood Recovery Unit, transforming discarded wooden pallets into marketable products while providing 15 participants with paid vocational training. The initiative builds on a previous Novum-funded employment program that helped 61% of participants secure jobs, combining environmental sustainability with pathways toward economic independence.
Mensajeros de la Paz Argentina | Project: Veo Veo Children's Home and Malabar Day Center | Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Novum's continued support of Mensajeros de la Paz Argentina will fund essential facility repairs and operating expenses for programs serving vulnerable children and families. The Veo Veo Children's Home provides 24-hour residential care for children removed from their families, while the Malabar Day Center works with 70 at-risk children and their families to prevent separation. Last year, these programs supported 94 children, all of whom remained enrolled in school. The latest grant will help ensure these essential services continue providing stability, protection, and educational opportunities.
